1. Bookings & Payments: A minimum advance deposit of 30% is required to confirm any holiday package. The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the trip.

2. Itinerary Changes: Travel Victor reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, roadblocks, or political unrest. We will always try to provide the best possible alternative.

3. Liability: While we aim for the highest safety standards, Travel Victor is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or delays outside our direct control.
