Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply based on the date of cancellation relative to the start date of the tour:

• 30+ Days before travel: Full refund minus a minimal processing fee.
• 15 to 29 Days before travel: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• 7 to 14 Days before travel: 25% refund of the total package cost.
• Less than 7 Days (or No Shows): No refund will be issued.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
